Everything you need to know about raising a companion and building your fortune on Comfycade.
What are Boosts and Sessions?
A Game Session represents the time you spend playing on Comfycade. You earn coins automatically every minute based on the type of game:
A Boost is a powerful multiplier earned by watching a short video. Activating it starts a 10-minute window where your earnings are 5x:
Active boosts are displayed in the top header. Combining a Boost with Comfycade Original games is the most efficient way to grow your Fortune and climb the leaderboards.
What is Fortune?
Fortune represents the total amount of coins you have earned while playing on Comfycade. Unlike your spendable balance, your Fortune never goes down and determines your standing on the leaderboard. Feel free to spend coins any time you want!
What are Prisms?
Prisms are a separate cosmetic currency used in the Prism Shop. You can spend them to directly unlock capsule cosmetic items without rolling capsules again.
You earn Prisms by pulling duplicate cosmetic items you already own from Capsules. The rarer the duplicate item, the more Prisms you will receive.
Food items do not duplicate, so duplicate Prism awards only apply to cosmetics. If you already own a cosmetic, the shop will mark it as Collected and you will not be able to buy it again.
How do I raise my Companion?
Every player is assigned a unique digital companion with a color, shape, and mood. You can grow your pet by earning XP through two main activities:
- Training: Click the "Train" button on your profile dashboard to gain immediate XP (30-minute cooldown).
- Feeding: Use food items found in Capsules to boost your pet's level. Rarer food gives more XP.
As your companion levels up, your Rank increases, showcasing your dedication as a trainer.
How do Friends and Visits work?
Full-profile players can send friend requests from public profiles. Once a request is accepted, you can see when friends are active and send your companion to visit them.
Companion Visits are available once per day from an accepted friend's profile. Your companion will spend time with theirs, then return with a shared reward for both players.
Visits can also help complete daily quests and unlock social badges as you keep connecting with friends.
What are Rivals?
Rivals are players you track specifically for competition. Unlike Friends, you don't need their permission to add them as a Rival—just visit their profile and click "Set as Rival".
You can have up to 10 Rivals at a time. Once added, their best scores in games like Cloud Link will appear on your profile, allowing you to see exactly who you need to beat.
Pushing yourself to outplay your Rivals can unlock exclusive social badges like Nemesis (adding 10 rivals) and Bested (beating 5 rival scores).
How do I get Badges?
Badges are permanent achievements awarded for reaching major milestones. Some are given for joining Comfycade early (like the Pioneer badge), while others are unlocked by hitting specific Pet Levels or Fortune totals. Your badge collection is visible to everyone who visits your profile.
Saving My Progress
If you are playing as a Guest, your progress is saved only in your current browser. To ensure you never lose your companion, XP, or Fortune, we recommend Linking an Account with your email address in the Settings menu. This allows you to log in from any device.
